Alumni Information Update Form


Please complete as much of this form as possible so that we may keep your record up to date.  The information you provide will not be given to others persons or published without your prior permission except as noted below.  Your information is never sold or given to any other organization or used for any commercial purpose.  Your "Contact Information" will be provided to the class reunion committee for your class upon their request and our verification of their legitimate need unless you request otherwise.  If you would like your information to be restricted in any other way, please let us know in the message box at the bottom of this page. (no email, no mail, no phone contact, etc.)

You will receive our newsletter "Tiger News" each year in the Springtime.

If you are not a dues paying member, please join for $10.00 a year and you will receive our big magazine "Tiger Tales" (over 100 pages) in the Fall of each year.

Write your "Tale" or anything else we should know below.  "Tales" will be published in Tiger Tales unless you request otherwise.

NOTE:  Please check for errors now before submitting!  Try to avoid sending us multiple copies.

When you press the "Submit Form" button below, you will SEND to us.  You will then see a "Form Confirmation" screen showing what you sent.  You will NOT get any other confirmation.

If you need to make changes after submitting, use the "Back" button on your browser or the "Return to Form" button on the "Form Confirmation" screen.  That will take you back to this form.  Remember,  the first copy was already sent but the form you see will still contain your information which you can change and resend.

"Reset Form" below clears the form without sending it so you can start over.

Information about you is never sold.  It is only used for SPHSAA publications and Reunion planning.  It will not be given to others without your permission.  Reunion committees do not see entries listed under  "Personal Information" or any other information you request to be held private.
